Under $2 buys a starter pack at four dollar priced sellers ranking for the likes price searches in September 2026 (their titles say $1.19 to $1.99) and 20 likes for £0.39 at the one seller pricing in pounds. At ExpressFollowers, $1.45 buys 100 likes with a 30 day refill and $1.05 buys 10. Most of the under $2 prices are "from" prices with no quantity printed next to them, so the quantity appears only once you reach the order form.

Updated October 2026. I work on the ExpressFollowers side of this and I have priced our packs against the pages below. The prices were seen in September 2026 on seller pages and in search result titles, plus published guides and lists, and I have said where each one came from. Pound prices stay in pounds, with a rough dollar figure beside them where the table needs one.

What counts as cheap Instagram likes?

Work it out per 1,000. Divide the price by the likes and multiply by 1,000. Our 100 pack comes out at $14.50 per 1,000 and our 1,000 pack at $6.99, both with a 30 day refill. Try the same sum on a "from $1.39" page and you cannot, because the page does not say how many likes $1.39 buys. buycheapestfollowers, which prices in pounds, prints its whole ladder: £7.99 for 1,000 on its Reels slow likes page, with a 30 day refill next to it. artistpush lists 1,000 for $5.00 with no refill on the page, and its ladder keeps falling from there, which the section on why the cheapest likes are cheap comes back to. Small packs cost more per like on every ladder in this post, so a $1.45 order is cheap in cash and dear per like, which is fine for a test.

What does under $2 buy?

Of the sellers ranking for the likes price searches in September 2026, five show a price under $2 and only one of them prints the quantity next to it in the page copy. Our 100 pack sits in the table for comparison, and each rival figure carries the page or title it came from. The two rows priced in pounds are at the bottom, with a dollar figure worked out at roughly 1.3 dollars to the pound.

What a "from" price means

A "from" price is the price of the smallest pack a seller offers, whatever size that is, and the size appears on the order form. Buzzoid's search listing says "Now $1.99" today; an Orlando Magazine list from October 2021 quoted its cheapest pack at 50 likes for $1.47, which is $29.40 per 1,000. Our buy Instagram likes page prints the count on every price button, from 10 likes up to 75,000, and the 30 day refill on the page.

Why are the cheapest Instagram likes so cheap?

Because the seller's cost per like is close to nothing. artistpush prints the whole curve on one page: 1,000 likes for $5.00, 10,000 for $8.00, 100,000 for $60.00 and 1,000,000 for $149.00. Per 1,000 that runs $5.00, then $0.80, then $0.60, then $0.149. At the million rate, the $1.45 that buys 100 likes from us would buy about 9,700 likes there. A price like that only works if the accounts doing the liking cost the seller nothing to keep running, which means automated or recycled accounts. A followers guide at stormlikes.net puts real account providers at 5 to 20 times the price of bot panels. Take our $6.99 per 1,000 as a real account rate and divide it by 5 and by 20, and a panel lands between $0.35 and $1.40 per 1,000, so anything around a dollar per 1,000 or below is panel territory. artistpush's 10,000 pack at $0.80 sits inside that band and its million pack at $0.149 sits under it.

What do cheap panels cut to hit that price?

Account quality goes first. The bot tier in Los Gatan's April 2026 guide is profiles with no photo and no bio, and the whole order lands inside the hour. That guide was produced with Social Boosting, so read its figures as an advertiser's: 42 percent of that tier still in place at 30 days, against 97 percent for likes that arrive over 12 to 48 hours from accounts with a bio and three or more posts. Pacing is the second cut and the one you can see from outside, because a real account delivery is spread over hours and a panel dump is over in minutes. Pajaronian, the other Social Boosting placement, reported roughly 22 percent dropoff within two weeks on one budget tier package.

Refill and support are the other two cuts

The refill goes third. One budget seller's refill has to be triggered by messaging support, per Los Gatan, and artistpush prints no refill at all next to its ladder. Support goes last. The two guides put waits at 12 to 24 hours for a human on a weekend at one seller and over 18 hours at another.

The paying twice problem

Onrec puts it in one line: "If half the followers vanish and there is no refill policy, you may end up paying twice." Run it on likes. Pay $1 for a pack and lose half of it. Buy the pack again to get back to the number you wanted and the real price was $2. If the second batch behaves like the first, it is $3 by the end of the month. A 30 day refill changes the sum because the drop is replaced without a second charge. Money back terms are separate from the refill: buycheapestfollowers prints a 30 day refill but limits its money back to cases where it is "unable to fulfill your order." Our likes carry the refill on every pack. To use it, send the post link and order number to support, and replacements are delivered gradually within the 30 day window.

Are cheap Instagram likes safe?

The delivery pattern carries the risk. Instagram's rules cover artificial engagement, and accounts get penalized for bot activity, which is what a few hundred no photo, no bio accounts look like when they all arrive together. buycheapestfollowers' own sizing note reads: "An account with 500 followers that suddenly shows 5,000 likes on a single Reel raises an obvious flag." Pajaronian claims reach drops of up to 60 percent on accounts that bought cheap bulk likes with no drip feed. It gives no source, but the direction matches a Quora answer where a thousand likes landed in minutes and someone asked why the post had so many likes and no comments. Cheap likes from real accounts behave differently. They start within minutes and arrive at a natural pace, and the post has to be public. Every ExpressFollowers order runs that way, the $1.45 one included, and nobody, us included, can promise what Instagram does with a post after that.

When is a cheap small order the right move?

When you are testing a seller, and when your account is small. Onrec's line is the right one: "Cheap should mean affordable enough to test, not suspiciously cheap". A $1.45 order tells you more than any review page, including the two 2026 guides ranking for this search, both written with the seller they rank first. Small accounts are the second case. buycheapestfollowers puts a safe starting range for accounts under 2,000 followers at 50 to 100 likes, and Blastup's sizing FAQ starts its social proof band at 50. One 100 pack covers either, split across two posts if you want 50 each. If the test passes, the 1,000 pack is the better buy at $6.99, which is $0.70 per 100 against $1.45 for the 100 pack on its own.

How do you test a likes seller for under $2?

Order the smallest pack on a post you are happy to watch, then judge it over a week. Here is the version that costs $1.05 with us, paid by card.

  1. Order 10 or 100 likes on one older post and note the time. Our 10 Instagram likes pack exists for this, and the free Instagram likes trial runs without a login if you want the first pass to cost nothing. You give the post link and no password.
  2. Watch how they arrive. Ours start within minutes and come in at a natural pace. If the whole order lands inside a few minutes, that is a panel.
  3. Open 20 of the accounts that liked. Los Gatan's bot tier is no photo and no bio; its top tier is a bio plus three or more posts.
  4. Wait seven days before you decide. Pajaronian puts the industry's typical dropoff at 15 to 30 percent in the first week, so whatever is going to fall has mostly fallen by then.
  5. Count what is left, then send the post link and order number to support and ask for the gap to be refilled. Note how long the reply takes.

Before you choose by price, it helps to know what you are choosing between, and Instagram Likes vs Followers: Which to Buy First explains why the ratio matters more than either total.

Cheap is fine when the quantity and the refill are printed next to the price. Where they are not, order the smallest pack and watch it for a week before you spend more.

Frequently Asked Questions

ExpressFollowers charges $1.05 for 10 likes, $1.45 for 100, $6.99 for 1,000, $33.99 for 5,000 and $58.99 for 10,000, each with a 30 day refill. Elsewhere, artistpush lists 100 likes at $2.00 and the Pajaronian guide, written with Social Boosting, quotes Social Boosting from $2.15 for 50. The only 1,000 like figure for Twicsy is a customer review on its About page that says about ten bucks.

Yes, rates near a dollar per 1,000 exist in public. artistpush sells 5,000 likes for $6.00, which is $1.20 per 1,000, and 10,000 for $8.00. The same shop prices its standard 1,000 followers at $8.00 and its "Real" 1,000 followers at $15.00, so the seller itself puts real accounts at close to double.

Pick a seller that prints the quantity and the refill next to the price, and give it the post link only. The post needs to be public. Pajaronian's sizing rule is 3 to 8 percent of your follower count per post, so 50 likes fits an account of roughly 600 to 1,700 followers. At ExpressFollowers, order the 100 pack for $1.45, pay by card, and split it across two posts.

They can tell when the pattern is wrong. Hundreds of likes arriving in one burst on a post with no comments, from accounts with no photo and no bio, is what people on Quora describe catching. Sellers know it, which is why Blastup lists customizable speed as a feature. ExpressFollowers paces every order from the start and lets one order be split across several posts, so the likes land on a few posts instead of piling onto one.

ExpressFollowers likes carry a 30 day refill, so day 31 sits outside the window. Windows vary between sellers, so check before paying: Onrec lists followers sellers with windows from 30 days to 90 days and one with no expiry, and Los Gatan reports one budget seller's followers still slipping 5 to 10 percent after a few months. Send the post link and order number to support and replacements are delivered gradually within the 30 day window.

No. ExpressFollowers takes the post link or your username and never asks for a password. A checkout that asks for a login wants access to the account, and delivering likes to a public post does not need it. The post and the profile do need to be public while the likes arrive. Blastup's FAQ carries the same rule for its own orders.
