Do I need to sign up for anything?
No. Your rewards account is already set up. Just log in with the email you use for your orders and your points are waiting.
When do my points show up?
Right after your order is completed. You will see the balance update inside your account, usually within minutes.
How much is a point worth?
100 points is worth $1. You earn 5 points for every $1 you spend, so the value is always easy to work out.
Is there a minimum before I can redeem?
You can redeem from 100 points, which is $1. There is no cap on how much you can build up.
Does the 10% referral reward really last 90 days?
Yes. Once a new customer orders through your link, every order they place over the next 90 days pays you 10% in points.
What does my friend get?
They get our normal service at our normal prices, nothing changes for them. You get 10% back on top. Everyone comes out ahead.
Do my points expire?
Your points stay in your account, ready when you are. Once you redeem them into a coupon, that coupon is valid for 60 days.
