7. It is the sole responsibility of customers to ensure their accounts are set to "public" during use of the ExpressFollowers service.
8. All services are intended to provide an initial boost for personal or promotional use only.
9. You agree that upon purchasing our service, you clearly understand and agree on what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute.
10. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service at any time without notice.

2. Once you place your order with us and your orders are under processing, you will not order from any other website. If you do, we will not be responsible for any fewer followers count or follower loss, and we will not issue a refund or refill.

Your profile must be public when the order is initiated and should remain "Public" while the order is completely delivered.

1. Once your order is successfully delivered, we will not accept any request to remove the followers and transfer to any of your other account(s).
2. All purchases or orders are final and only for one account. Only in case your order is not fully delivered and marked as partially delivered, you can request to transfer remaining followers to a new account.

1. ExpressFollowers offers complimentary refill on all orders if follower counts drop after delivery, as long as the conditions below are met.
2. If you buy followers from any other website or vendor, you will not be entitled to a free refill.
3. Refills are available for up to 5 days from your last order with us. After 5 days there will be no free refill.
4. Our system works on start count and end count. We will only give you a refill if your account has less than what you should have after order delivery.
5. If you placed an order with another provider after your delivery was completed, we are not responsible for any follower drop or free refill eligibility.
6. If your username has changed, our system is unable to process a free refill. To receive a refill, revert your username back to the one used when placing the order.

1. ExpressFollowers.com is in no way liable, nor offers a refund for account suspension, account deletion, video deletion, follower/like/comments drop off, or comment removals done by the platform or yourself. See our Refund Policy for full details on what is covered.

2. We never ask for any password. It is entirely the sole responsibility of the customer to keep their account safe.

3. We do not offer cancellations for any of our services, except for the Instagram Automatic Likes service.

1. ExpressFollowers.com will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. ExpressFollowers.com makes no guarantees of any kind for the services we provide.
2. Platforms do periodic account deletions, possibly removing followers, likes, or comments. ExpressFollowers.com is not responsible for the revival of your followers.
3. All orders above 2500 followers will receive 100 extra followers (followers orders only).
4. We only guarantee that services will be provided. For engagement, you have to manage it. We strictly do not offer any service to promote anything related to nudity, hate speech, or personal discrimination.
5. The materials on ExpressFollowers's web site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

In no event shall ExpressFollowers or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ExpressFollowers's site.

Payments on ExpressFollowers are processed using either PayPal's secure system or a secure and verified payment gateway, with no sensitive financial information being input through our web site. By purchasing our services you are explicitly agreeing that you clearly understand and agree to what you are purchasing. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to reset all followers and likes, terminate your account, and/or permanently ban your IP address.
